Front House Manager

Tasks:
Managing the entire reception area as well as coordinating and training reception employees
Constantly optimising standards and developing working processes
Providing our guests with excellent support as well as handling complaints professionally
Processing requests and reservations in cooperation with reservations management
Actively contributing to utilisation optimisation
Creating duty rosters and annual holiday planning
Cooperating and acting as an interface for other departments
Job requirements:
Completed tourism education and multiple years of professional experience
Experience in managing employees Distinct service orientation and high awareness of quality
Availability for flexible working hours – also weekends and holidays
English skills and good IT skills incl. PROTEL
Self-responsibility, team spirit, excellent communication skills
