Resting after a sauna session is especially important, along with drinking. Give your body time to rest after the sauna and simply “put your feet up” – that’s what we’ve created our sauna relaxation room for. This brings the entire cardiovascular system into a balanced state. Here at the AVITA Resort you will find many relaxing places and retreats in all sauna areas.
Inspired by the colors and shapes of nature – such as water, sand and wood – the relaxation rooms in the Sauna Garden of Eden offer a unique relaxation experience. Modern yet cozy, with special lighting accents and comfortable loungers, they create an atmosphere in which rest becomes an experience.

Meditative relaxation room
The meditative relaxation room in the upper area of the sauna area is characterized by an impressive lighting atmosphere around the central air opening between the two levels. The comfortable loungers placed all around emphasize the new focal point of the room.
Panorama relaxation room
The Panorama relaxation room is also located in the upper sauna area. Its particularly atmospheric, dark ambience is created by large wooden elements reminiscent of leaf structures found in nature.
Relaxation room Lenzia
The Lenzia relaxation room is located directly next to the sauna garden with its glass porch, which generously brings the experience of nature into the room - this special characteristic has been incorporated into the new design concept. Bamboo and wicker furniture, textiles with a linen structure and globe lights dominate.
Amica relaxation room
The Amica relaxation room is designed with lots of light, light-colored wood, textiles and a special wallpaper mural to set the mood. This creates a sense of well-being in a deliberately homely room, which is further enhanced by some rugs.
Outdoor area of the sauna Garden of Eden
The beautiful, spacious outdoor area of the Sauna Garden of Eden offers many comfortable lounging options under the open sky. Fans of seamless tanning will get their money’s worth here – the entire sauna Garden of Eden is nude area. Floating swings are a great way to escape from everyday life. Retreats such as a four-poster bed want to be discovered and invite you to feel good. The sun terrace on the “Upper Deck” offers a beautiful view of the sauna garden in addition to relaxation loungers for undisturbed sunbathing.
Tip: The loungers above the kiln are a wonderful covered sauna relaxation area in the Garden of Eden.
