Sauna bar
Sauna bar in Sauna Garden Eden
Enjoy refreshments in the sauna area
What should you drink when going to the sauna?
Drinking is especially important before and after a sauna session. Therefore, make sure to provide your body with sufficient fluids during a sauna day. Isotonic drinks, mineral water, unsweetened fruit juices and teas or non-alcoholic beer and wheat beer are particularly good for the body when taking a sauna. These drinks are great for replenishing fluid loss after a sweaty infusion and for flushing toxins from the body.
Sauna bar with delicious drinks
The best thing is to enjoy the refreshing drinks after the sauna session at our cozy sauna bar, which has an extensive assortment ready for you. From buttermilk and drinking whey to beer, wine, coffee or simply a refreshing mineral water – you can enjoy yourself here. For the small hunger in between there are delicious snacks.

Sauna supports
you detox
Drinking after saunas is an important part of the body’s purification, cleansing and dehydration process started by saunas. The positive health effect of sauna bathing is thus supported. Therefore, drink plenty before and after the sauna. With a full water reservoir, you are also well equipped for several sauna sessions and prevent complaints such as dizziness, nausea or circulatory problems. However, between each sauna session, you should refrain from drinking liquids and eating food to enhance detoxification.
