Get together | Sunday
To kick off the gourmet week, we invite you to a get-together on the hotel terrace! Over champagne, finger food and live music, you can chat, greet familiar faces and get to know new guests. A great start to a beautiful week.
Gourmet mile & kitchen party | Monday
At the gourmet mile on Monday, you can taste your way through various gourmet stations and celebrate a kitchen party with a look behind the scenes of the kitchen team - including a cozy chat with our head chef Markus Marhanek and his team.
Pleasure hike | Tuesday
The real crowd favorite of the Gourmet Week: the pleasure hike. Hike through picturesque natural scenery in the best of company and stop off for refreshments at gourmet stops. The event concluded with a convivial afternoon with a traditional meal and musical accompaniment at a typical southern Burgenland wine tavern.
Star Guest Gala | Wednesday
One of the very special highlights of the week is our gala dinner, where every guest becomes a star on the red carpet. AVITA head chef Markus Marhanek and his kitchen brigade are committed to top performance. 7 courses, each a poem in itself, complemented by an exquisite wine accompaniment, selected by restaurant manager and wine expert Wolfgang Pöll, ensure absolute culinary delights.
Pasta & More | Thursday
Medita head chef Peter Nemeth and his team presented their culinary skills and served Italian delicacies in a wide variety of variations. Pasta lovers will get their money's worth here.
Pleasure cycling & sushi workshop | Friday
On your bikes, get set, go! We cycle into the region and stop off at a unique producer: Romeo Caviar! There you can find out all about caviar from southern Burgenland. In the afternoon, take the opportunity to take part in a sushi workshop with regional fish. The sushi master will then spoil you with sushi starters and sweet sushi during dinner.
Sausage party & regional delicacy buffet | Saturday
Celebrate with us a sausage party including beer tapping and live music on our hotel terrace. A rustic experience! In the evening, a large selection of regional delicacies awaits you at our buffet.
Autumn & traditional costume festival | Saturday & Sunday
On Saturday and Sunday, Bad Tatzmannsdorf Tourism presents its Autumn & Traditional Costume Festival on the main square. The lively supporting program with many highlights promises great entertainment.
