What does the AVITA Gourmet Week stand for? In short: for a week of of good entertainment combined with excellent cuisine! Every day we offer our guests a varied program of delights, where the region can be felt and tasted. Be our star guest at the

explore with us on the hiking and cycling the region with us, get to know sushi from a whole new perspective and toast with us at a rustic sausage party! This and much more awaits you again this year at our annual Gourmet Week.
In addition to the culinary and entertaining highlights, relaxation should of course not be neglected. Look forward to soothing wellness offers, relaxing hours in our 24 saunas, invigorating baths in 15 thermal water pools and pampering massages to round off your stay perfectly. The gourmet week is not only a feast for the palate, but also an experience for body and soul.

Get together from 17.00 hrs | Sunday
To kick off the gourmet week, we invite you to a get-together on the hotel terrace! Over champagne, finger food and live music, you can chat, greet familiar faces and get to know new guests. A great start to a wonderful week.

Gourmet mile & kitchen party 12.30 - 14.00 hrs | Monday
At the gourmet mile, you can taste your way through various gourmet stations and celebrate a kitchen party with a look behind the scenes of the kitchen team - including a cozy chat with our head chef Markus Marhanek and his team.

Pleasure hike 10.45 - 17.00 hrs | Tuesday
In the best of company, we hike through the picturesque natural scenery around Bad Tatzmannsdorf and stop for refreshments at gourmet stations. The tour ends with a convivial afternoon with a traditional meal and musical accompaniment in the Vinothek wine tavern in Schlaining Castle.

Star guest gala from 17.30 hrs | Wednesday
One of the very special highlights of the week is our gala dinner, where every guest becomes a star on the red carpet. AVITA head chef Markus Marhanek and his kitchen brigade are committed to top performance. 7 courses, each a poem in itself, complemented by an exquisite wine accompaniment, selected by restaurant manager and wine expert Wolfgang Pöll, ensure absolute culinary delights.

Pasta & More 12.30 - 14.00 hrs | Thursday
Medita head chef Peter Nemeth and his team presented their culinary skills and served Italian delicacies in a wide variety of variations. Pasta lovers will get their money's worth here.

Pleasure cycling 09.30 - 13.30 | Friday
On your bikes, get set, go! We start our bike tour in the region and visit an exceptional producer: Romeo Caviar! There you will immerse yourself in the world of caviar from southern Burgenland. A real jewel of late Gothic architecture awaits us in Mariasdorf - the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. One of our gourmet stations provides refreshment in between.

Sushi show cooking & gin tasting | Friday
16:30: Take the opportunity to look over the shoulder of a first-class sushi master during the shushi show cooking and ask him a question or two. The master will then treat you to a selection of sushi starters and sweet sushi during dinner.
19.00: Stin Gin and Rick Gin tasting in the wine lounge

Sausage party & regional delicacy buffet | Saturday
12.30 - 14.00: Celebrate with us a sausage party including beer tapping and live music on our hotel terrace. A rustic experience!
18.00 - 20.30: In the evening a large selection of regional delicacies awaits you at our buffet.

Autumn & traditional costume festival | Saturday & Sunday
On Saturday and Sunday, Bad Tatzmannsdorf Tourism presents its Autumn & Traditional Costume Festival on the main square. The lively supporting program with many highlights promises great entertainment.
