In the AVITA Resort’s wellness area, hotel guests can enjoy wellness treatments, water facilities, saunas and tranquillity in an exclusive setting. The AVITA Exclusive Area is reserved exclusively for guests of the wellness resort and offers a special retreat away from the public AVITA thermal baths.

A dedicated towel service, as well as a tea and fruit bar, round off your time at the hotel’s own spa. The AVITA Exclusive area is available to guests aged 13 and over.

A particular highlight of the hotel’s wellness area is the infinity pool with thermal water at 36 °C. Spanning an area of around 175 m², the thermal pool extends from the indoor to the outdoor area. Ergonomic water sofas invite you to enjoy a relaxing moment in the warm water whilst letting your gaze wander over Bad Tatzmannsdorf.

Guests can easily access the outdoor area from the indoor infinity pool. Large windows also offer views of the natural surroundings from inside.

Infinity-Pool 36°C

Spanning around 175 m², the infinity pool connects the indoor and outdoor areas. Relax in the 36 °C thermal water, make yourself comfortable on the water sofas and enjoy the sweeping view over Bad Tatzmannsdorf.

Indoor Infinity-Pool 36°C

From the indoor infinity pool, you have direct access to the heated outdoor area. Large windows offer unobstructed views of the natural surroundings and create a pleasant sense of space. This means you can enjoy the 36 °C thermal water whatever the weather.

Hotel garden

Directly from the AVITA Exklusiv, you can step out into the hotel garden, which is reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Comfortable sun loungers and cosy hammocks invite you to spend a few relaxing hours surrounded by greenery – in peaceful surroundings and with a view of the hotel and the terrace.

Panorama Sauna (90–100 °C)

Panoramic glazing and specially designed curved loungers create a unique atmosphere in the Panorama Sauna. At temperatures of 90 to 100 °C, you can enjoy an intense sauna experience, whilst infusions of water and essential oils ensure a soothing and varied experience.

Brine Steam Oasis (42–48 °C)

Finely atomised brine, soothing warmth and high humidity create the pleasant atmosphere of the Brine Steam Oasis. At a gentle 42 to 48 °C, you can take a deep breath, let the warmth wash over you and enjoy moments of relaxation.

Infrarot Doubles (45–48 °C)

Two infrared cabins offer particularly gentle warmth at temperatures ranging from 45 to 48 °C. The infrared radiation acts directly on the body and provides a pleasant alternative for anyone who prefers a cosy warmth, but not as hot as in a traditional sauna.

Panorama Relaxation Room

Sit back and let your gaze wander: in the Panorama relaxation room, you can unwind on comfortable, upholstered loungers and enjoy the sweeping views over Bad Tatzmannsdorf and southern Burgenland. The indoor infinity pool is just a few steps away.

Sauna relaxation room

On the ground floor of AVITA Exklusiv, the ‘Relax’ sauna relaxation room is the perfect place to unwind after a sauna session. Spacious design, muted colours and comfortable loungers create a peaceful atmosphere where you can switch off and enjoy some personal time to yourself.
