Tasks:
Creating desserts at a ****Superior level
Preparing daily desserts and dessert buffets
Mise en place activities
Providing support and cooking in the open kitchen
Working creatively and economically in compliance with the HACCP guidelines
Complying with hygiene regulations as well as the predefined quality standards
Fulfilling wishes from allergy sufferers and special requests
Job requirements:
Completed apprenticeship and lively passion for patisserie
Relevant professional experience and high demand for quality
Ideally, professional experience in the luxury hotel industry
Gastronomic vision and openness for new trends
Team spirit, ability to work well under pressure and enjoyment in interacting with guests
Self-responsible and independent working style
Availability for flexible working hours - also on weekends and holidays
