Tasks:
Preparing menus and buffets at a ****Superior level
Mise en place activities
Supporting and cooking in the open kitchen
Working creatively and economically under adherence of the HACCP guidelines
Complying with the hygiene regulations and the predefined quality standards
Fulfilling wishes from allergy sufferers and special requests
Job requirements:
Completed apprenticeship and lively passion for cooking
Relevant experience in the kitchen and high demand for quality
Ideally professional experience in the luxury hotel industry
Gastronomical vision and openness for new trends
Team spirit, ability to work well under pressure and joy for interacting with guests
Self-responsible and independent working style
Availability for flexible working hours - also weekends and holidays
