Conditions of participation “Win back your Deluxe Lounge”

The competition is organized by AVITA Resort GmbH & CO KG. The data protection regulations apply, which are available on the data protection page. - Participation
Participation in the competition is subject to acceptance of the conditions of participation. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation. A person enters the competition by booking an AVITA Deluxe Lounge in the AVITA Therme & Resort and posting a photo of themselves in which the Deluxe Lounge is clearly recognizable, either on Facebook or Instagram. Furthermore, the AVITA Instagram (@avitaresort)/Facebook (@avitaresort) account must be linked and the caption must explain why the person loves the Deluxe Lounges. The hashtags #AVITATherme and #AVITAResort must also be used. Participation is only possible within the participation period and is free of charge. Interactions after the closing date will not be taken into account in the draw. Participation in the campaign is limited for the period from 12.08.2024 to 16.09.2024. Late entries, for whatever reason, can unfortunately not be considered. Multiple or simultaneous participation of a person or organization in the campaign using pseudonyms or via third parties or any other use of unauthorized aids to manipulate the campaign will result in the participant being excluded. The information required for participation must be provided truthfully. - Exclusion from the competition
Employees of AVITA Resort GmbH & CO KG and persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate. The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation. Persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation are also excluded. In such cases, profits may also be subsequently disallowed and reclaimed. - Implementation and processing
The competition will take place from 12.08.2024 to 16.09.2024. The winner will be determined after the closing date for entries as part of a random draw. The advertised prize will be raffled off after the end of the participation period among all participants who have completed all steps for participation. The winner will then be notified privately, if possible. The winner will also be published on the social media channels of AVITA Resort GmbH & CO KG. If winners do not respond within four weeks of the announcement, they forfeit their claim to the prize and a new winner will be chosen. The entitlement to the prize also lapses if the prize cannot be transferred within 6 months of the announcement for reasons relating to the person of the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged. A cash payment of the prize or a possible prize replacement is not possible under any circumstances. - Prize
The prize will be refunded in the form of a voucher to the value of the entry/package already purchased by the winner, which resulted in the stay in the Deluxe Lounge during which the photo was taken to enter the competition. Cash redemption is not possible. - Disclaimer of warranty
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer will make use of this option if the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. - Data protection
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participants will not be passed on to third parties or made available for use. In the event of a win, the winners agree to the publication of their name in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes announcing the winners on the operator’s website and its social media platforms. The participant can revoke his/her declared consent at any time. Once consent has been withdrawn, the participant’s personal data that has been collected and stored will be deleted immediately (with the exception of social media posts and print media). Each participant has the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority, subject to the statutory erasure periods. - Meta Disclaimer
This promotion is not affiliated with Meta and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Meta. - Final provisions
Legal recourse is excluded. There will be no correspondence about the competition. The competition is subject exclusively to Austrian law.
