AVITA Therme celebrated its 30th anniversary with a large anniversary celebration, which brought together numerous guests – including LR Dr. Leonhard Schneemann on behalf of LH Hans Peter Doskozil, LH Deputy Governor Anja Haider-Wallner, Chamber of Commerce President Andreas Wirth, ÖHV President Walter Veit and long-standing limited partners, companions and employees. The special atmosphere at the AVITA Resort reflected what has characterized AVITA for three decades: quality, appreciation and the feeling of having arrived.
A look back that got under your skin
The highlight of the evening was the presentation of a specially produced film that impressively showed the development of the AVITA Therme from the “Burgenland Therme” to one of Austria’s leading thermal spa resorts. 30 years full of milestones, courageous decisions and unforgettable moments – from the first thermal water drilling to today’s premium offer for day and hotel guests. Today, the diverse range of facilities includes 15 pools, 24 saunas, the exclusive AVITA Premium Spa, spacious relaxation areas such as the Deluxe Deck and a well-equipped fitness center.

During the celebrations, long-standing employees were honored for their loyalty and commitment - a special moment for the entire team. Numerous investors and regional partners who have helped shape the AVITA Therme for many years were also welcomed.
A look into the future
Peter Prisching, Managing Director from the very beginning, who himself celebrated 30 years of service, was visibly moved:

Remembering and celebrating together
During the dinner that followed, memories of 30 years of AVITA were shared – from the first days to the special moments that have left a deep impression on guests and employees alike. A successful conclusion to an emotional evening that made one thing clear: the AVITA Resort is far more than just a place to relax – quality and cordiality have been lived here for three decades.
Filmmaker and author Martina Parker hosted the evening with charm and a personal touch. In her speech, she emphasized her long-standing connection to the AVITA Therme: “I am delighted that you are also the location for my first film ‘Zuagroast’ – happy anniversary!”
Eva Maria Marold provided musical and humorous accents, delighting the audience with a mix of cabaret and song and ensuring long-lasting applause.
