Our gourmet breakfast buffet offers a varied selection of mainly regional gourmet products with everything the breakfast heart desires: fragrant bread, energizing fruit juices, sausage and cheese specialties, fresh fruit and vegetables, delicious jams, honey directly from the honeycomb, muesli specialties, excellent coffee, balancing or stimulating tea specialties and much more. That's where you like to have a good time. In our show kitchen, delicious egg dishes, omelets, fried bacon and grilled vegetables, and tempting waffles are freshly prepared for you according to your preferences.

In the warm months you can enjoy your cold or hot breakfast on the spacious sun terrace with a view of the hills around Bad Tatzmannsdorf. The morning sun, the chirping of the birds and the beautiful panoramic view are the best companions. In the cooler half of the year, start the day in our cozy AVITA restaurant.

Whether you’re in the mood for light delicacies or hearty specialties from Pannonian cuisine—the AVITA kitchen team will pamper you with culinary excellence. Enjoy crisp salads, homemade pasta, delicious steaks, grilled fish, and much more. In the afternoon, treat yourself to a slice of delicious cake from Bad Tatzmannsdorf’s master pastry chef Christian Kaplan, paired with a tasty cappuccino or espresso. Our tip for all long-term saunas and late-night wellness fans: On request, as a hotel guest you can also enjoy an à la carte dinner in the MEDITA spa restaurant in the comfort of your bathrobe. So you don't have to change for dinner and you can use the water and sauna area for a very long time. On Fridays even until after midnight...
